PROTECTING GOD'S CHILDREN PROGRAM
We are committed to ensure the safety and protection of our children from sexual abuse. The foundation of our program is a mandatory training session required of adults who interact with Our Lady of the Lake Children. This program raises the awareness and capability of parish adults in contact with our children in methods demonstrated to protect them from sexual abuse. Participants also learn to recognize warning signs that could indicate abuse and how to communicate concerns. It empowers all of us to be protectors of children. Training is offered yearly here at Our Lady of the Lake as well as
at St. Joseph The Worker.
To sort, count, verify and deposit weekly offertory collections. We have a counting team with three counters. Counting is performed per a formal “Parish Counting Procedure”, designed to provide a common consistent approach and ensure complete accuracy for all teams.
