Our Youth Ministry Committee

The YOUTH MINISTRY COMMITTEE responds to the spiritual and social needs of young people in the parish. The committee provides vision, direction, support and advocacy for the parish’s ministry to young people. Some areas of focus for this committee are: Assists the Director of Youth Ministry (DYM) in developing a Youth Ministry Program within the parish which seeks to draw young people into responsible participation in the work of our Catholic faith community; assists in planning, implementing and assessing youth programs, ensuring that the changing needs of young people are being met; assists in providing an environment which empowers young people to actively live their lives as responsible Catholic Christians; and assists in providing a Youth Ministry Program fostering the total personal and spiritual growth of youth within the parish. Ministries within the purview of the YOUTH MINISTRY COMMITTEE include:
